Today we slept in a little since we did not get settled into our hotel room until after 2:30 AM. We went to lunch and tried a Bolivian specialty. We then went to the bank and did a little shopping for supplies for our presentations.
Our hearts were touched specifically when we went and toured Centro de Vida. During our time we heard testimony from Patricia about her vision to start the center and how faithful God has been. Her passion for the work is so obvious. We also talked with Cynthia the counseling director. Her testimony of how God brought her to the center brought us all to tears.
We were privileged to participate in the 1st birthday celebration of Andrea. Her mother was one of Cynthia's first clients who was very abortion minded. After seeing her baby on ultrasound she decided to continue her pregnancy. The center is now a part of her family. What a beautiful picture of the body of Christ coming together to support this young mother.
Patricia and Cynthia also expressed great joy and appreciation for the air conditioners. They shared testimony of how this will impact the work they do. The counseling room has direct sun exposure and gets horribly hot especially in the summer. A big thank you goes to First Baptist Church in Decatur who provided most of the money.
Tomorrow we will present the Purity and Integrity in Christ (PINC) for the English Speaking Missionary moms and daughters. In the afternoon Eve and Leslie will train the Centro de Vida volunteers.
Praises:
- The wonderfully cool weather!
- The living testimony of Andrea. (We will post pictures later)
- The unity of the body of Christ.
- That all the technology will work.
- That our hearts and their hearts will be prepared for what the LORD will do.
- For the breakout sessions with the moms and daughters, that the conversations would be real and intimate.
- We need energy!
- Patricia, who will be our primary translator. She is nervous and is worried that things will not go smoothly. Pray that the LORD would give her the right words and that she would have His peace as she speaks.

We wish you could send some of that cooler air back here to Texas (100+ again today).
We are praising GOD for getting all of you there safely and for the work HE is already doing there. We will be praying for the presentation of your testimonies.
Marsha, Tim and Greg
